USA, Brazil penalised for incidents

A1 Teams USA and Brazil were each dealt 25 second penalties after stewards investigated two separate incidents from the A1GP feature race at Taupo.Team USA's Marco Andretti, who incurred his penalty for crossing the white line while exiting the pits, drops from eighth to 11th in the final results, handing Team Malaysia the final point-scoring position.Meanwhile, Brazil was relegated from 12th to 15th after Felipe Guimaraes was found to have caused an avoidable collision when he turned in on Monaco's Clivio Piccione, forcing the Monaco car to pit for a new nose.Revised results:Pos Driver Team Time 1.
