British Touring Car team boss Mike Earle is confident that the new Ford Focus can win a race before the end of the season.Earle's Arena Motorsport squad has been developing the new-shape Focus this season. Tom Chilton scored a podium at the Brands Hatch opener, but the team has yet to challenge for a race win.The team has continued to develop and modify the cars during race meetings, and Earle believes Arena will be stronger towards the end of 2011."We've been doing our testing in public, but after the break [between Croft this weekend and the next round at Snetterton in August] it'll be a different story," he said. "I think there'll be race wins in the second half of the year."Earle also believes bringing in Tom Onslow-Cole alongside Chilton and Andy Neate has strengthened the team."He's great to have, and he gets on well with TC," said Earle of team returnee Onslow-Cole. "There's a lot of respect between them and Andy's in there too - there's a great team atmosphere."
