American Alexander Rossi will make his Formula One debut when he replaces Briton Max Chilton in the Marussia team's line-up for this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix.
Rossi, 22, will race alongside Frenchman Jules Bianchi while contractual issues with Chilton are resolved, said a team statement on Thursday.
Chilton is the second driver to lose his seat for the Belgian race.
On Wednesday, fellow backmarkers Caterham said that three-time Le Mans winner Andre Lotterer will replace Japan's Kamui Kobayashi this weekend.
