Daniil Vyacheslavovich Kvyat (Russian: Дании́л Вячесла́вович Квят, IPA: [dɐnʲiˈil vʲɪtɕɪˈslavəvʲɪtɕ kvʲat], born 26 April 1994 in Ufa, Bashkortostan, Russia) is a Russian auto racing driver. He was runner-up at the 2012 Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, and GP3 Series champion in 2013. He joined Formula One as a Toro Rosso driver in 2014, making his debut in the 2014 Australian Grand Prix.

In October 2013, Kvyat was announced as the second driver of the Scuderia Toro Rosso Formula One team for the 2014 season, alongside Frenchman Jean-Éric Vergne. Kvyat took the seat vacated by Daniel Ricciardo, following the latter's promotion to parent team Red Bull Racing.[8] He made his debut—aged 19—in the 2014 Australian Grand Prix, where he finished 9th, breaking Sebastian Vettel's record as the youngest points-scorer in Formula One
