Karun Chandhok born January 19th 1984 in Chennai, India currently driving for the Hispania Racing F1 Team. Made his debut at this years Bahrain Grand Prix, Karun is only the second Indian to compete at the highest level after Narain Karthikeyan in 2005. Last season Karun took part in the GP2 series for Ocean Racing Technology where he finished 18th, the position he finds himself in now after three races of this season.
