Formula One father and son world champions

Nico Rosberg, who announced his retirement on Friday, became the second son of a champion to win a Formula One world title.

Rosberg's triumph in Abu Dhabi last weekend came 34 years after his father Keke won the championship for Williams in 1982.

Damon Hill, the 1996 world champion, coincidentally also clinched his title 34 years after his father Graham claimed the first of two championships (he won the second in 1968).

Here, Press Association Sport compares the career records of the father-son champions.
