Vettel calm about RBR reliability
Sebastian Vettel says he has no worries at all about Red Bull's reliability going into the season opener in Bahrain.Red Bull caused a number of stoppages in testing, but Vettel said a large proportion of those incidents were precautionary as the team played it safe - so he does not expect a repeat in Sunday's race."It's not a secret if you stop on the circuit in testing it's not something that you want," Vettel admitted."First of all it ruins your programme and also it opens the opportunity for others to take plenty of pictures..."We had to stop a couple of times but we had nothing big to fix - in testing we have the time and don't want to take the risk of continuing and having something bad happen. "If you have a loss of pressure or whatever, you just shut the car down."I think we will have no problem surviving 49 laps."Although unwilling to have a stab at predicting the pecking order, Vettel was upbeat about Red Bull's prospects."Generally I'm happy and I'm confident," he said."I think we have never been as prepared as we are now."On the other hand, the fact that the test times were very difficult to read, we don't really know where we are."I think Ferrari looks extremely strong, and then you've got Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes and us within a couple of tenths."Here it could be totally different because the temperatures are way different to what we had in Barcelona."Then on Saturday we'll find out who is strong and who is not, and on Sunday we have the big unknown - everyone starting on lots of fuel."He is not yet sure whether the no refuelling rule will spice things up or ruin the racing."It could be exciting and crazy and everyone will enjoy it, or it could be very boring and you know that where you are after five laps is where you will be at the chequered flag as well," Vettel mused.
