Formula 2 news Soucek aiming for 3-second enhancement20 January 2010Champion Andy Soucek hopes to see this year's Formula 2 car increase in pace by around three seconds per lap. The Spaniard is continuing to assist car builders Williams with the JPH1B, with a drop of one second having already been achieved.
