Formula 2 news Upgraded car starts circuit testing28 January 2010Formula 2's JPH1B car is ready to be tested in Spain and Portugal following a series of significant updates which should see lap times reduced by around three seconds on most circuits this year. The car will be driven by regular tester Steven Kane and reigning Champion Andy Soucek.
