Idafar given post-race penalty

Menasheh Idafar has been penalised 30 seconds for not respecting the track limits during yesterday's British Formula 3 race at the Nurburgring.The T-Sport driver started 12th on the grid and came home ninth on the road. He was one of several drivers warned about running wide on the exit of Turn 4 but is the only one to have so far been penalised for it.The sanction drops him to 19th in the final classification, promotes Fortec's Lucas Foresti to ninth and hands the final point to Hitech's Pedro Nunes.
