Hayden has surgery on right arm

Nicky Hayden has undergone surgery on his right arm ahead of the next MotoGP test at Sepang later this month.The American has an on-going issue with the arm known as arm-pump, or compartmental syndrome, which is common in riders.After leaving the recent test in Malaysia, he received a check-up in Spain and opted for a clean-up operation to remove scar tissue from a previous surgery.He is now recovering in the USA and will take part in the next test with Ducati, which is at Sepang on February 25-26.
