Yet another tedious 2 hours of F1 coverage, this time the German Grand Prix.
The BBC commentators trying to raise there voices in excitement because of a few over takes, along with the card board cut out sense of humour of David Coultard, and Eddie Jordan, who’s only excitement to the screen is his colourful shirts. What I do not also understand is to have the new female commentator who knows nothing about the sport, and depends on these two to help her along, making the programme even more frustrating to the viewer.
To be quite frank, the cars are out dated, they have been since the 1990’s, the sport has become placid ever since the tyres where reduced, and was the cause of Nigel Mansell retiring from the sport because he thought they would explode during the high speeds.
Frankly, I don’t know how they can expect the viewer to see the same cars going round and round and on a boring track. Something needs to be done and quick before the sport becomes nothing more than a game of bowls on a Sunday afternoon.
