Farfus fastest in Monza test

Augusto Farfus set the fastest time of Friday's pre-event World Touring Car test session at Monza.The BMW driver's best lap - set on his final circuit as the clock ran down - was three tenths of a second quicker than anyone else.Yvan Muller was second quickest for Chevrolet, a tenth ahead of Tom Coronel in the first of the SEATs.Two Chevrolets followed, those of Rob Huff and Alain Menu, with three SEATs next.Stefano D'Aste was the second fastest BMW and best of the independents' class runners in ninth.Leonel Pernia finished his first session in a Chevrolet Cruze in 13th place, two seconds off Farfus's pace.Andy Priaulx's BMW and Freddy Barth's SEAT completed just five laps between them, both cars spending most of the session being worked on in the pits.Times to follow
